### What is Smalltown Boy AI?

It is a two-photo AI video setup inspired by the duo format: one subject reacts to the camera, the other dances, and then they exchange roles. This is an independent studio.

### How many photos do I need?

Two separate photos, one subject in each. A is the first reacting performer; B starts as the dancer. Use Swap to exchange the assignments. This setup requires different photo files.

### What happens when I click Generate without photos?

The main button opens the missing photo slot first. It then checks file validity and photo permission before sign-in, verification, credits or an enabled submission.

### Can I generate a video right now?

Photo setup is available. Generation and purchases are still being prepared. A selected thumbnail or a completed setup is not a generated video.

### How much does a video cost?

Prices are being prepared. No purchase is available until the studio and its pricing are ready. An exact credit quote will appear before submission.

### Will my photos disappear when I sign in?

Before the studio sends you to sign-in, it tries to save both photos and your cast on this browser for one hour. If storage is unavailable, it tells you before leaving. You must confirm permission again on return.

### Does the original song come with the video?

The original recording is not supplied or licensed by this studio. The configured model can generate audio; an exact song or beat is not promised. Add music you are allowed to use separately.

### What happens after submission?

The server returns a task ID and My videos shows the existing request. Confirmed failures return reserved credits. A connection interruption is not proof that no task exists, so check the original request before making another take.

### Is every pairing ready to generate?

All six pairings can be selected for local photo setup. Each needs its own output validation before public generation is enabled; choosing a pairing does not establish model support.
